They were very accommodating when my luggage did not make the last flight of the day into the Portland airport. We had to wait until after noon the next day to see if my luggage would make the plane. As a result, we asked to push back our pick up time. We were going to be traveling about an 1 hour and a half up North from the Portland airport to a remote island. They were very accommodating. On our way back to the airport we asked our drive to take us by a local walk up restaurant. Again, he was very accommodating. We will definitely use them again when we travel back to Maine.
